Anger is inevitable but we can learn alternatives to reacting harmfully in stressful situations. We are all dealing with stress and conflict in our lives\, whether at home\, in relationships or in the workplace.  At The Conflict Center\, our conflict management course teaches you how to cool down\, manage stress\, and learn how conflict can actually be a force for positive change. We help you work through defensiveness and build a shared understanding with people in all facets of your life. In the end\, you can find mutually beneficial solutions to sources of conflict. This once-a-week conflict management course for adults gives you the space to reflect on the skills you’ve learned. Begin practicing your new skills in daily interactions and bring back your experience to consult with our highly trained instructors. We keep our classes small with 8-12 participants in each class. You will learn as much from your instructor as you do from your peers. Your abilities will be transformed as you: Find ways to cool down when angryIdentify your feelings and needs when you’re angryDiscover realistic alternatives to arguing and fightingRecognize personal anger triggersIdentify your conflict stylesExplore ways to problem solve using the 6-step methodEffectively negotiate with others to get needs metRegister today and start managing your anger. \n Schedule\n Classes occur virtually on:Tuesdays from 5:30pm – 7:30pm (MT): Sept 2\, Sept 9\, Sept 16\, Sept 23\, Sept 30\, Oct 7 \n Reviews\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n I’ve had many colleagues speak about trainings with The Conflict Center and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to engage myself.
