Find out more »Your class will be held in person over 2-weekends from 1:00pm - 4:00pm on October 7*, October 8, October 14* and October 15. In this accelerated social-emotional course for youth, participants will learn how to make healthy decisions, and identify emotions – especially anger – while learning to manage them in healthy, effective ways.
