Help us develop youth programming including our upcoming YOUth Leadership Academy summer camp. Opportunity to join us at the YOUth leadership academy summer camp as youth counselors
There are 3 different tiers of compensation for Youth Programming Advisor depending on the level of involvement.
Tier 1 – Curriculum/program development and feedback
Participation in 2-3 hours of weekly meetings for 6-8 weeks
Providing input and feedback on on programming, mainly for the upcoming YOUth Leadership Academy
Done mostly virtually with a group of other Youth Programming Advisors and TCC staff/interns
Receives training related to our current youth curriculum
Maximum number of 10 participants
Upon completion of this piece, teen receives $110
Tier 2 – Participation in YOUth Leadership Academy summer camp
Summer camp is from 7/26-7/29 from 9am-12:30pm
Youth Programming Advisors would work closely with TCC facilitators as assistant facilitators during this in-person camp half-day camp
Facilitator training and/or meeting with the TCC facilitators before the camp starts
Upon completion of this piece, teen receives an additional $130
Maximum number of 3 Youth Program Advisors
Tier 3 – Ongoing support/consultant
Youth Programming Advisor would work in an ongoing basis with TCC staff and interns to give occasional feedback and input on programming
May have an opportunity to create/suggest new programming or TCC resources
Commitment would be roughly for one 1-2 hour meeting per month until spring of 2022.
Upon completion of this piece, teen receives an additional $110
Maximum number of 7 participants
