Our Staff

With a small permanent staff, The Conflict Center builds sustainability and offers services in a highly cost effective way through the extensive use of volunteers, interns and contract staff.  Program staff are chosen based on their educational background, dedication to the mission of The Conflict Center, and ability to engage people of all ages in positive, practical and experiential class content while overcoming resistance and building openness to behavioral change.
