In this two-hour workshop, participants will learn practical skills to recognize and transform rigid either/or thinking patterns that limit our perspective and options. Through interactive activities and evidence-based techniques, attendees discover how to expand their cognitive flexibility and embrace the rich complexity of life’s challenges.
Participants will:
- Recognize when either/or thinking is limiting our effectiveness
- Understand how our nervous system affects our thinking patterns
- Learn practical tools and techniques to develop more balanced perspectives
- Practice useful “both/and” approaches that open new possibilities
This workshop is ideal for those who are looking for skills to move beyond false dichotomies and develop more creative solutions while building stronger relationships through understanding multiple perspectives.
