Your class will be held in person over 2-weekends from 12:00pm - 3:00pm on January 13*, January 14, January 20* and January 21. In this accelerated social-emotional course for youth, participants will learn how to make healthy decisions, and identify emotions – especially anger – while learning to manage them in healthy, effective ways.
*Parent/guardian required to attend January 13 and January 20.
