Your class will be held in person over two Saturdays from 9:00am - 4:00pm on January 24 and 31. In this accelerated social-emotional course for youth, participants will learn how to make healthy decisions, and identify emotions – especially anger – while learning to manage them in healthy, effective ways.
*Parent/guardian required to attend the first Saturday of the series.

This class occurs at The Conflict Center on the following Saturdays from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm: February 21 and 28. The skills we teach help you cool down, manage stress, and learn how conflict can be a force for positive change.
This class occurs virtually on the following Mondays from 6:00pm - 8:00pm (MT): March 9, March 16, March 23, March 30, April 6, April 13. The skills we teach help you cool down, manage stress, and learn how conflict can be a force for positive change.
