This class occurs virtually on the following Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 7:30pm (MT): September 30, October 7, October 14, October 21, October 28, and November 4. The skills we teach help you cool down, manage stress, and learn how conflict can be a force for positive change.
This training occurs virtually over Zoom on October 9, 2025 from 5:30pm - 8:00pm*
*The training is not drop-in; you must fill out an application before attending. Your application will be reviewed within six weeks and we will be in touch to inform you of your application status. Upon acceptance, you will be sent a link to register for one of the upcoming training dates that works best for your schedule.
Your class will be held in person over two Saturdays from 9:00am - 4:00pm on October 18 and 25. In this accelerated social-emotional course for youth, participants will learn how to make healthy decisions, and identify emotions – especially anger – while learning to manage them in healthy, effective ways. *Parent/guardian required to attend the first Saturday of the series.
