This class occurs at The Conflict Center on the following Saturdays from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm: June 20 and June 27, 2026. The skills we teach help you cool down, manage stress, and learn how conflict can be a force for positive change.
This training occurs in-person:
3pm - 7pm on July 10
9am - 4pm on July 11
9am - 4pm on July 12
*The training is not drop-in; you must fill out an application before attending. Your application will be reviewed within six weeks and we will be in touch to inform you of your application status. Upon acceptance, you will be sent a link to register for one of the upcoming training dates that works best for your schedule.
This class occurs virtually on the following Wednesdays from 5:30pm - 7:30pm (MT): Sept 2, Sept 9, Sept 16, Sept 23, Sept 30, Oct 7. The skills we teach help you cool down, manage stress, and learn how conflict can be a force for positive change.

This class occurs in-person on two consecutive Saturdays, December 5th & 12th, 2026, from 9:00am - 3:30pm. Participants need to attend both days in full to receive a certificate of completion.
